N'ahmi Kuhki

A curious Seeker often found around urban areas, interviewing strangers and recording her interactions. Seemingly in her early twenties, her eyes carry an ever ignorant yet optimistic spark in them. The prototypical extrovert, she shows no fear socializing or speaking up for herself in public; in fact, she seems to thrive in big groups and parties. Though on occasion her chatty personality seems to get her involved in all kinds of awkward situations, for better or worse of everyone involved.

Journalism is in the heart of all actions she takes. If she has to throw herself into a dangerous situation to get a good story, she will do so without a moment of hesitation. Writing isn't her only affinity however, she practices her apprentice-level red magic daily, and while she isn't particularly good at it, has found it to be a very useful discipline in her daily life. The combination of telling stories of questionable truth and her even more questionable magic abilities have above all else given her an exciting life.

Furthermore, N'ahmi is a deeply flawed individual. She is painfully selfish, even when helping others. The motto "help yourself before helping others" is manifested in how she carries herself. N'ahmi also radiates sometimes blinding levels of self-confidence and self-importance. Just like her stories, her authenticity towards others is also highly suspect. Despite her flaws, she will help others when given the chance, and can be surprisingly kind seemingly at random. Conversely, she can be downright rude sometimes, especially when she feels threatened.
Physical Description
N'ahmi carries a dark tan and notably always does her sandy blonde hair up in twintails. Her eyes are a bright amethyst violet that seem to glow even in the dark. Her ears are long, with a soft fur texture that gets softer towards the tips. She sports a strong lions tail that is always swaying back and forth behind her - which she seems to have little control over. She has a petite, short figure, with a larger than average bust. N'ahmi proudly has prominent Seeker stripes on each cheek.
RP Hooks
- Often seen scribbling notes on her handy journal, N'ahmi is always combining leisure with work. If you're curious about what she is writing, feel free to ask!
- When in Ul'dah, she seems hyper vigilant and keen to get herself into strange situations. You never know, your character's introduction could be the rescue or out that she was looking for.
- N'ahmi tends to avoid risk if she can help it, but her line of work often places her in the heart of danger for the sake of recording a good story. It's not entirely uncommon that people find her barrage of questions rude, and sometimes leads to conversations getting off on the wrong foot.
- Always looking for a good time, she is open to random bouts of flirting from people that interest her. N'ahmi isn't so uptight that she'd decline a random date invitation. At the end of the day, she loves to socialize and meet people, so it doesn't take much to get her going.
- N'ahmi has a gambling issue. If you offer a wager or gamble for gil or anything else, she will likely be unable to help herself from agreeing to it. Nothing gives her quite the same thrill.
About me:
- I will RP with anyone. I'm not picky! Really, I enjoy FFXIV as an RP format because of the randomness of people you meet.- I really love being approached at anytime. I can be a little shy about approaching others, but I love when RP spontaneously happens. Whether I'm hanging around the Quicksand, or out leveling, I will RP at anytime!- I play with all floating names turned off, and names abbreviated to initials. This is because I like the immersion of not knowing who I'm speaking to at any given time.-Consent and player respect is always first! More than anything else, I like RP partners who are wordy and descriptive. That doesn't mean I'm elitest at all about RP however, whether you only do single sentence RP, or we're writing RP novels, I'll respect you the same, and write a post length that matches.
